Lazy Labor Day

We didn't do too much over the holiday weekend - we mostly packed and played outside. Here are some fun photos from various park visits over the weekend.
Daddy took Johanna all the way to the top and decided he couldn't fit in the slide. Mommy thought they were too high up and was nervous.
Johanna seemed to like the smaller slide with Daddy.

10 Month Old in the house!

Toot the horns! Johanna is 10 months old and one week!

She is still enjoying eating mommy and daddy foods and Kujoe sure loves the food waterfall that falls from her highchair, as Vince calls it.

She has been playing with her box more and more and a few times she has let go of the couch or a basket to stand up all by herself for a few seconds. I have yet to catch her in the act with my camera.

Another cute things she does sometimes are little headstands. I have a picture of the backend view of her headstand. You can see all of her cute little baby rolls.
She has also really started making the milk sign. She has recognized me doing the milk sign since she was really little - like six months. I also know she has been trying to do the sign for a few months but now she has mastered it. When she isready for some milk her little hand starts opening and closing really wide. It is so amazing to see her communicate in that way. Again, I've tried to capture it on video but when she is ready for milk and sees me making the sign or even saying the work milk she starts getting upset and mad until she gets her milk - so, I have yet to capture that amazing little baby sign.
